Modern furnished en-suite room

Hello!

My name is Becks and I’m looking for a new roomie! Current housemate is moving in with her boyfriend. Room should be available by beginning/early September.

The room is a double en-suite which is furnished with doubled bed & mattress, built in wardrobe, bedside table and long drawer set. I have a little video of the en-suite but it won’t let me upload it. I can send it to you if interested. The landlady is open to swapping out the chest of drawers for one that is shorter in length so a small desk can go in next to it for wfh. She ideally doesn’t want someone to be wfh everyday but perhaps 2-3 max.

Living room and kitchen are shared and are open plan.

All bills included except TV licence which I’ve paid since living here.

Ideally the landlady wants a year contract but she’s open to discuss.

Area is Kingswood. 5 minute walk from the local high street and bus stops. Great transport links into the centre. Leisure centre about a 5 min drive or 15 min walk away.

On street parking outside the house. No garden.

So I’m a nearly 39y/o professional that works 2 days a week at home and the rest in the office. It’s a fairly quiet, relaxed and respectful house (partying days are over) but doesn’t mean I’m not partial to a drink now and then! Spend most of my time at the cinema, reading, at gigs, comedy & theatre shows, days/nights out with friends & family or whatever else takes my fancy!
