Courtney Road is a purpose designed, luxury co-living experience. Fully furnished throughout, with 3 double rooms all with private en-suites, and a shared, open plan kitchen and social space.

This highly efficient, detached house with solar PV and an energy rating of A (103), comes with 2/3 allocated off street parking spaces (with electric car charging point), and a private, south facing garden. There is a fully fitted kitchen, with integral fridge freezer and dish washer, a washing machine in the utility area, and a communal lounge area complete with 55inch smart TV. With super fast broadband coverage throughout, and fully inclusive of all bills (gas, electric, council tax, TV license, water etc). Our friendly cleaner will visit bi-weekly to clean all communal areas, rooms and en-suites, which is included in the price. Our gardener will regularly maintain the front and rear gardens, and a window cleaner will attend monthly. You will also have access to a 24hour maintenance help line. We provide all cleaning products, toilet roll, dishwasher tablets, and everything you will need except washing powder.
