I have one bedroom available to rent in a quiet crescent set in the Kingswood area of Bristol. This is a south-facing bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and a chest of drawers, plus a bedside lamp. It also has a roller blind for light-reduction and privacy, curtains, and one main ceiling light (LED bulb) and a lamp shade.
The monthly rent fee are £625 per month. Water, TV license, Council Tax (Band D) and Internet are all included in the rent, but gas and electric will be an additional cost, to be shared amongst the tenants and the landlord, proportionally, on a month-by-month basis.
Rent also includes access and use of a medium-sized kitchen, which has all the usual kitchen accoutrements, for example, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, crockery, cutlery, etc. and a bathroom, which features both a bath and a shower.
The property also has a front and back garden, with on-road parking just outside.
One month’s rent will be taken in advance as a deposit, payable back to the tenant at the end of their tenancy, and normal rent is due at the beginning of the monthly rent cycle.
Prospective tenants must be able to show a valid passport/or photo ID for identity purposes, provide references and sign a rental agreement to ensure both parties rights are upheld.
