Double Room Available (Unfurnished) £650 p/m

Hello,

We are looking for a lodger to move in to our home. It's located on the border of St. George/Kingswood with great transport links into the city centre and on street parking available.

The size of the double room is 13ft x 8.5ft and is unfurnished, however there is built in storage on one wall with a small alcove desk and mirror. There is a large double glazed window which lets in plenty of sunlight and the carpet is new.

The house has gas central heating. There's an upstairs shared bathroom (shower over bath) and downstairs toilet, cosy sitting room, large spacious kitchen and dining room with doors out to the patio and garden. In the kitchen there is a washing machine and tumble dryer (there is also a clothing line for the Summer months). Large range cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer with plenty of kitchen cupboard space. We also have an attic should you need any extra storage space.

About us:
You would be living with Duncan who owns the house, partner Tish and small dog Tato, our friendly, fluffy cavapoo (who doesn't moult).
Duncan owns a street food business in and around Bristol. Tish is a dog groomer. We both love nature and the outdoors, exploring the countryside around Bristol with Tato, often finishing up at a pub. In the Summer we often go river swimming. At present, the garden is a work in progress, we plan to make some raised beds to grow vegetables and create a wild area at the bottom of the garden for the local wildlife. We love to cook and share food and enjoy eating out. We mainly eat a vegetarian diet, however we do also eat fish on occasion.

We'd love to find someone with similar interests who's up for communal living; for example hanging out, sharing occasional meals, drinks and gigs/nights out and walks, but also respects your privacy and your space. In terms of cleanliness we do like to keep the house clean although we are not anally retentive :) We'd hope the right person would be happy to help out with cleaning communal areas.

Tato, our dog is a great vibe. Everyone loves her. She doesn't beg and well trained and loves a cuddle.
