Description
We’re looking for a tenant to move into our communal house share. The house it self is large, homely, and has a large garden with plenty of off street parking. We’ve been in the house for 5 years and looking for someone to join our home.
*Our new tenancy starts on the 28th of October, so the ideal person would be able to move in soon.*
Your room:
· A spacious, double, south-facing room on the first floor.
· Unfurnished, although the house is well established and fitted. There is a bed frame and mattress should you want it!
· Space for a double bed, dresser/desk, wardrobe, draws, shelving etc.
· Ability to decorate the room with pictures within reason.
*The house:*
The house is a three story newbuild, built on an old street, set back from the main road.
· 3-minute walk from kingswood high street and direct bus stops to both Bristol and Bath. One bus away from Lawrence Hill and Bristol Temple Meads train stations.
· Large open kitchen, fully stocked, with lots of cupboards and a large table for communal meals. The kitchen has bifolding doors that open up onto the garden.
· Large private garden with self made bar, BBQ, planters, storage, and a bike shelter.
· Toilets on all three floors, with a bath/shower on the 1st floor and a waterfall shower on the 2nd floor.
· Communal cosy living room with sofas, TV, coffee table, where we often like to watch movies as a household.
· Separate laundry room with washing machine, storage, hoover, clothes horse etc.
· Small communal additional storage room on ground floor.
· Large off street parking area.
*The Tenancy:*
· £600 pcm.
· Our new tenancy starts on the 28th of October, so the ideal person would be able to move in soon.
· Bills are not included, we use a bill splitting app to make sure all bills are paid equally. We estimate bills at around £100pcm. Council tax band D.
· Open to all dietary requirements / specifications (we love food).
· Tenancy will initially be for 6 months, after which we can choose to stay on.
· No pets, however we have cats, birds, and foxes that utilise the garden.
· Open to hearing from all potential housemates, whatever your profession, gender, general identity, or religion.
*About Us:*
Friendly household with a variety of diverse friendships groups.
We are a fairly alternative bunch, with a wide range of hobbies and professions. These include photography/videography, sign writing, tent pitching, circus/theatre and entertainments, gardening. These include WFM jobs as well as work outside the house.
Outside of work our main hobbies are cooking, live music, card/board games, walks and pub lunches.
We’d love to have you as an active part of the household. However, we appreciate that we all have our own lives, friendship groups, activities, and often need our own space too.
Get in touch. Do feel free to introduce your self over message and tells us a little more about yourself.
We are open for house viewings, and potentially even having you over for dinner! ☺️
