We have decided to get a lodger

Close to the main bus route, and accessible to M32/M4/M5 motorway network.
Lots of choice for food shopping (approximately 5 close to the property!).
Also close to local libraries, and 3 local shopping centres.

Lots of space, double glazing, gas central heating, nicely decorated throughout with mainly new furniture. Laminate flooring everywhere downstairs. Usual comfy living room with the usual items found in a living room. Directly opposite is the dining room where a large table can be found. The kitchen has a fridge and freezer, microwave and washing machine. There is a jacuzzi in the bathroom and a shower. The garden has a patio. There are carpets in all the rooms except the main bedroom. There are two bus stops close by which can get you into town. There are shops within walking distance in many different directions. The neighbours are friendly.
