We are a 31 year old couple. We have a spare room available, it can be furnished or unfurnished dependent on preference. It currently has a king size bed in it (shown in pictures)., we will be live in landlords.
We have owned the house for two years, it has on-street parking, one bathroom and a medium size garden. We currently don't have any pets (we would like to get one in the next year or so), so someone open to pets would be good.
One of us works from home 2/3 days a week and the other works in a workshop full-time. We are around some weekends and spend others socialising or away!
We are looking for a chilled housemate, who is clean and tidy and easy going. We like cooking, watching movies, seeing live music etc.
We are also open to flexible living arrangements.
