I am 33 and live with my brother who is really laid back and works full time (construction).
I bought the house a few years ago and have been renovating since. You will have access to a shared bathroom who you’ll share with Jack. He’s pretty clean and tidy which was a pleasant surprise when he moved in. My room is in the loft and I have an en suite. The room is a large double with views out over to Siston common. We are on all the major bus routes and very close to the ring road and motorway.
The room is 620 per month plus bills
I am very quiet during the week often going to the gym and working on my small events business (out of my spare room and dining room) but I am looking for people to have a laugh with and sharing the odd glass of wine.
I would love another female to move in and being tidy and clean is really important to me.
