Room to rent in newly renovated house in Kingswood

Hi

I am a 32 year old who currently lives with my friend who is moving out over Christmas.

I bought the house a few years ago and have been renovating since. There are two rooms for rent as pictured and you will have access to a shared bathroom. My room is in the loft and I have a en suite so you will only share the bathroom with one other. One is a is a front facing large room with views out over to and the other is a large double, they can both be furnished or unfurnished. We are on all the major bus routes and very close to the ring road and motorway.

Th room is 620 per month plus bills but there shouldn’t be any more than 100 per month between three people (once both rooms are taken)

The room is for solo occupation.
I am very quiet during the week often going to the gym and watching documentaries but I am looking for people to live with that I can get along with and spend an evening with too. I am looking to live with females who are similar minded and clean and tidy,
