Light & Spacious double room

Double room to let in my home, very peaceful & relaxing. The communal areas will be shared, kitchen & living room, downstairs toilet/bathroom. There is a garden laid to chippings & there is a summerhouse too. I also host on Air bnb throughout the summer months.

I prefer professionals who go out to work, or University, whichever their lifestyle is
I am semi retired & host as my full time
income. I am out of the house on my daily walks & socialising
I have very good comments on my Air BnB business from guests who have stayed & enjoyed their stay.

Kingswood is a vibrant area& is within a 5 minute walk to the high Street boasting many restaurant & takeaways &supermarkets. The city centre takes approximately 20 minutes by bus & also a bus from the high Street to Bath. For those liking to get away from the hustle & bustle it’s a short walk to the countryside & cycle path to Saltford & Bath. Bath is only 30 minutes by car. Bristol has so much to offer
