Small double room to rent in coach house, parking and bills included. I’m a live in landlord, and working professional age 32. This is my first time as a live in landlord. I have gas and electricity certificates, new carpets and fresh paint in the bedroom. ** I am still in the process of furnishing the room, if you are interested I am happy to discuss furniture requirements and add what you need e. g a wardrobe. **
I enjoy peace and quiet. My house is on a quiet cul-de-sac so you will not need to worry about noise. I also like to keep the house clean and tidy. I am looking for someone with similar values.
Note- the shower works well but is a bit temperature sensitive. I am looking to get this fixed but willing to reduce the rent to £480 per month until it is done so.
