6 MONTH LET- New friend welcome :)

Hi there, looking for a female professional to join me for a 6 month fixed term let from the 1st july, due to the current tenant moving out and the landlords selling in february.

Im a 26 year old sports massage therapist, im outgoing and friendly, but also like my own space and happy to keep to myself. I have three pet rats who live in a cage in the living room, and i let out to roam around supervised (almost) every day. They are extremely well behaved and friendly. I love running and the gym, hiking, cooking, going to the pub, or just chilling!

This is an extremely spacious, modern flat, you wont want to miss! The room is the back bedroom, with patio doors going out onto the garden. The garden is for both tenants to use. The bedroom comes unfurnished, the rest of the flat has my furniture in which im happy to share for the time you're here.
