Kingswood single room

Single room available in a house in Kingswood. The house includes a shared bathroom, living room, kitchen, conservatory and garden. The room comes with a bed, however, you will need to provide your own wardrobe / storage for clothes. I will remove the desk and also my photos, once the lodging has been agreed.

You must like dogs, as I have two; Bear and Bonnie (photos in the add) however, I would not consider any further pets. I am the Landlord of this house and also, a working professional in the housing sector. Therefore and with this in mind, I do work from home and also in the office, depending on my diary and schedule. With this in mind, I am looking for someone in a similar situation and therefore, I don't think this would be suitable for a student.

That being said and in my spare time, I'm an extremely social person. I do love a pint after work or going out on the weekends, and I'm always with my friends. My other interests include festivals, gigs, working out, being in the outdoors and also trying new places for food. Ideally, I would be looking for a sociable lodger and someone who from time to time, would also like to go for a pint.
