4th tenant needed in lovely terraced house!

We have a lovely 4th bedroom in a gorgeous terraced house in Kingswood available (The last two photos are the room available, it’s a large double with a bay window, I do not have any better photos but I do have a video which spare room will not let me upload). We need someone able to sign a tenancy asap as we have had a hiccup but the landlady is very kindly waiting for us to find another person.

You would be sharing with Fin, Anya and me. We are all circus students at the circus school around the corner, clown school, if you will. We are all at school 8:45-5pm each day and mostly want to crash out on the sofa with a cup of tea when come back, as the course is very physically demanding. Do a social house with a relaxed atmosphere is what we hope to provide (:
We are looking for another student as we want to avoid council tax.
