Double Room Kingswood

Hi, My name is Emily (F20) and I currently rent a 2 bed house with my friend (F22) but she is buying a house and moving in December so I am looking for someone else to share our house with. The room will be empty and unfurnished by move in date.

I’m looking for a professional female 18-25 no couples as the house just isn’t big enough and the tenancy won’t allow for any pets. I like being sociable but also enjoy my own time, I like to go out to the pub and explore different areas but also be able to come home from work and just kick back.

The house has off street parking, front and back garden with comfortable space inside. Our downstairs has always been a very sociable place as the living room and kitchen are quite spacious and I enjoy cooking in the evenings after work. There is a shared bathroom that has an electric shower and a bath.

It is council tax band C and is roughly £800 incl bills and rent. The room comfortably fits a double bed and other furnishings. Located in the Suburbs of Bristol near Kingswood center. There is a bus stop just outside the house which provides plenty of routes around Bristol and local shops within walking distance although is easier to travel with a car.

We rent through an agency so you will have to provide a guarantor and pass their checks before moving in. And the deposit will go through them which is roughly £700 however it won’t let me put that on the advert 😂
