• Layout: The room is located on the Third floor, with 2 attic windows and a connected en suite bathroom

The House:

• Communal Spaces: Large, open-plan living and dining area, a separate utility room with washer and dryer, and a spacious kitchen. The main bathroom (with both a bath and large shower) is downstairs, backing onto the kitchen.

We’re a friendly and considerate bunch who value a tidy, peaceful home. Here’s a little about the crew:

• Lewis (29): An electrical engineer who loves gaming and is super handy around the house—he’s the go-to for fixing anything!
Ani (25) Works at the hospital with children in and young adults

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a considerate and tidy flatmate who’ll fit right in. While we’re all friendly, we also respect each other’s space and individual lives. Here are a few house rules to keep things harmonious:
