Large double room between St George & Kingswood

Hi everyone,

I have a large double room to rent in a 2 bed Victorian house with a huge garden.

* Location: Between St George and Kingswood.
* Timings: Available from late Oct/early Nov. Can be flexible.
* Tenancy: Min 3 month contract, then rolling monthly
* Cost: £670/month, inclusive of all bills. £400 deposit.

The house is a charming stone fronted victorian cottage. It’s up the hill from the hustle and bustle of Church Road’s cafes and bars, but still within walking distance. The area is a hotspot for nature, with Troopers Hill just round the corner and Conham River Park down the hill. There are great bus links into town and easy access to the M32.

The room is currently furnished, but can be flexible based on the persons needs.

You’d be living with me. A bit about me:

I’m 33, easy going and sociable. I work in sustainability, I tend to work half the week from home and half in the office. I live a fairly balanced lifestyle, into yoga, surfing and cold dips in the river. Like to go travelling in the winter and festivals in the summer. Still enjoy a good night out, but the house is definitely a peaceful, quiet and homely vibe.
