The available double room overlooks the garden and will be fully furnished to a high standard, offering a peaceful and comfortable space to live and work. Currently hosting a student but can video call from the space and run through how the room will be furnished and what graphic artwork could feature

My routine is structured and quiet: early morning exercise, daytime creative work (often from home or soon at a studio), and relaxed evenings with cooking, reading or a film. The open-plan living room/kitchen is well organised and beautifully presented, with a small dining table where morning coffee can be enjoyed when the light comes through. The flat is kept tidy, calm and uncluttered.

House expectations are simple: no smoking indoors (the garden is fine), no shoes inside, shared areas kept clean, and a respectful approach to privacy. With only two people sharing, the bathroom routine is easy and flexible. The location is excellent — moments from local shops, green space, good neighbours, medical practice and direct buses into the city centre.
