The landlord intends to purchase a double bed for the room shortly.
The house has a number of shared areas including a bathroom, kitchen, front and back gardens and hallway and porch.
The rent includes Council Tax, broadband, TV license, and water/sewage rates. The gas/electric bill is shared between the tenants and the landlord.
