Unfurnished double room in a lovely 2 bed end-terrace house, with a shared bathroom. There is one off-street parking space and always room to park on the road. The house also has a large shared living room & a kitchen with all the necessities: oven, washing machine, fridge (although the fridge is in the living room because it’s huge (you stop noticing it after a while)).
The room currently used as a living room is supposed to be used as a dining room so there is a spare room at the front of the house currently used for guests and drying clothes, but could be an office or something else.
The walkway between the downstairs rooms has 2 storage cupboards which currently have a hoover/mop/toolbox/etc and has plenty room for anything you may need to store too!
There is a private patio garden in the back with room to sit that gets plenty of sun in the summer (you are welcome to smoke here, but not indoors).

Good location for UWE students on Glenside or Frenchay campus or for professionals looking to live in a quiet neighbourhood with friendly neighbours.
•Kingswood high street is a 15 minute walk away (Lidl/B&M/Costa/Boots/etc)
•The closest corner shop is a 6 minute walk away, surrounded by a million other stores along Lodge Causeway
•Cossham Hospital is a 4 minute walk away
•Cossham Inn (pub) is a 3 minute walk
•Barton Fields and Coombe Brook Nature Reserve are across the road which is great for when you need a walk

Looking for a clean, friendly student or professional - I am a mature student that works part-time who likes to socialise but am also respectful of alone/quiet time & privacy. Huge nature nerd, series binger, and love going to gigs & local events.
