Room available w/Friendly performers

Me and my 2 other housemates are looking for a 4th to replace someone moving out in March. The current contract ends in August and at least 2 of us will renew for at least 1 more year. We are 3 students studying Contemporary Circus and Physical Theatre at Circomedia currently in our 1st and 2nd year of 3, this also means we are often out during the weekdays. We are often tired and don't stay up late especially during the week but we all love a good chat.
The House & Room:
The house is old, warm and homely with a good garden. Formally a family home and it feels comfortable like one. It's not a student home but to avoid massive tax I'd recommend students apply.
The room is the second biggest in the house and the only one on the ground floor and comes furnished.
There's 1 bathroom and 1 extra toilet, a kitchen/dining room and a cosy living room.

The person who is moving out is because of health reasons and nothing to do with us dont worry!!!

About us:
Fin They/He (21): Thats me! I am a very socible person who loves movies, board games and meeting new people! I'm very easy to get on with and like most people. I am primarily a juggler who does some acrobatics on the side (get used to hearing about this). I am a second year at uni.

Anya She/Her (25): Anya is very friendly but also enjoys alone time, especially in the evenings. She often describes herself as a grandma. She primarily studies aerial trapeze and solo acrobatics. She is also a second year at uni.

Lisa They/She (23): Lisa is very friendly and chatty. She enjoys cooking and watching movies as well as private time. They are very knowledgeable on random subjects and would love to tell you about it They primarily study aerial silks and acrobatics and is in their 1st year.

We all share cutlery and crockery and occasionally food. we're very communicative, clean and function as a household.

Bills come to around £50 per month
