I'm a sociable and laid back guy. I wake up early Monday to Friday (6am) to get to the gym before work. So ill be out of the house 6.30am to 6pm, so no problems with shared bathroom in the mornings!

Free use of living room, using downstairs as a social or working space is fine.

I'm looking for someone who is sociable but respectful, can tidy up after themselves and is easy to get along with. I do go to bed by 10pm on weekdays so I would need reasonable quiet hours between 10pm to 6am. Don't care about gender or sexuality.
