The doorway enters in the kithchen which has breakfast bar with two stools, comfortable sofa, wall mounted 32 "TV (to be added soon)

There is a full kitchen with oven, hobs, microwave and plenty of storage.
Double bed and beside units and wardrobe. New mattress coming for new tenant
There is a washing machine in the toilet along with shower and vanity etc.

The annex is attached to the main residence where I as the landlord live. There is a shared patio and garden. Lovely and sunny in the morning for a coffee outside.
