Lovely large room positioned upstairs and at the back of the house looking over the garden. Fully furnished with a bed and mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.

The house itself is has 4 bedrooms and a large bathroom with a cracking over head shower to wake you up in the morning. The kitchen / diner looks over the garden and is a great place to catch up with housemates, watch a film and have a meal together. The sky light throws loads of light into the room making it a lovely place to hang out.

The garden is a complete sun trap with rear access for bike storage if required. I will maintain the garden for you when required with a cleaner also coming in every 2 weeks to clean all communal areas.

I am looking for a male professional to balance the house with 2 females and 1 other males already there. 1 months rent deposit required.
