Converted living room bedroom

This is a room in a shared house with the landlord and another tenant. Both are professionals that work hard throughout week with occasional working from home. I’m looking for a similar tenant who is busy working and has a social life outside the house. I’m easy going but like a tidy house where you clean up after yourself without asking.
The house is based in Kingswood so close to bus routes to central Bristol and Bath.
