NO EX BOYFRIENDS ALLOWED TO APPLY. THIS IS A TEMPORARY RENTING ARRANGEMENT WITH A LEAVE DATE IMINENT BUT NOT YET KNOWN.

Room 1 Single bed, built in wardrobe and drawers, under bed cupboards, small table, stool and built in bed.
Room 2 single bed, built in wardrobe and dressing table with cupboards - I have a stand alone mirror which can be added; desk and chair
Room 3 Bed, adequate facilites for study and dressing, built in wardrobes, no carpet on the floor, towel stand.
Room 4 Single bed, futon, clothes rail and wardrobe, drawers and built in small dressing table and coffee table.
Dining Room: One large table and chairs
Lounge: Settee and a TV but you would have to buy the TV licence and cash it in when you leave if you want a TV licence. Table nest and a small hi fi.
Kitchen: All basic appliances: oven, washing machine, microwave, kettle, one wobbly chair from IKEA sit on at own risk - feel free to dismantle it and rebuild it!
Bathroom: Built in Jacuzzi, shower, bath toilet and basin (be careful in the bathroom its an area that needs to be used carefully.
The items listed above may have been moved around from room to room so certain items may not be found in the place stated in the above description. Each room has a desk and a seat.
