Double Room in a Shared House

A longterm tenant / housemate / friends has just moved out having bought his own place meaning that we have a good-sized double room come available in our shared house in a lovely mid-terrace cottage in Kingswood.
The room is available from 12th September on an ongoing basis for the right person. You'd be living with Kat (mid-30s) who's lived in the house for two and a half years now, and is a wonderful housemate, she enjoys low-key social time with friends and various forms of dance. describes years now. I'm an outdoor enthusiast, love mountain and ocean sports, recently I've also leaning more and more into yoga, meditation and dance (contact improv). I'm actually currently away until April so in the meantime you'd be sharing with Selena (36) who's in the UK from the US studying a masters.

The house has an open-plan living room/kitchen, good sized patio and garden that gets the evening sun ☀️.

Would love to find someone who can join the household for while, rather than just occupying the spare room .

The room is currently unfurnished but I'm open to discussing furnishings if everything else feels right.

The house is about 20 minutes cycle into town (slightly longer coming back) and is just next to Magpie Bottom nature reserve, which has some lovely green space. It's also about 2km down to the woods and path next to the river Avon, by which point you barely know you're in the city. Kingswood high street, with all the usual shops, is a 5 minute walk.

Price includes bills (not TV licence) and fortnightly cleaner for the shared spaces.
