Double room in lovely spacious house !

We’re looking for a friendly, tidy and sociable female to live with us :) After 2 fabulous years of living together our housemate Eli is sadly moving out to move closer to where she teaches (and has a horse!) in Bath. We can be flexible with move in date.

Tirzah and I are both friendly and easy to get along with, enjoy relaxing most evenings watching films and series together, spending time in the garden, and enjoy wild swimming, walks, wine, and the occasional boogie in town! I also have a 10 year old cat who lives with us called Pixie :) She is great company!

The room is a double bedroom in a lovely, homely house in Kingswood. There are two big wardrobes so plenty of storage and it’s quite a spacious room. There is no desk in there at the moment but plenty of space for one and I can provide this if needed for WFH.

Nice kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob etc. Garden with table and chairs and BBQ for when the weather is sunny. The bathroom has a shower, no bath, but is a decent size. The living room is just off the kitchen and makes a nice social hub.

The house is situated in quiet cul de sac, 2 minutes walk to the main bus route into Bristol, 2 minutes to a small Tescos, 5 minute walk to the leisure centre and about a 10 minute walk into Kingswood centre.

The price includes all gas, electricity, council tax, water bills and broadband.

The deposit is £300 and needs to be paid along with 1 month rent on moving in please.
