Monday-Friday Quiet house in convenient location.

Hi,

My lovely lodger of 5 years is moving on soon, so I will have a spare double room available, in my fairly quiet home. The room is furnished.

I'm hoping for someone looking for a weekday room. Ideally suits contractors and others working away from home. Previous lodgers have worked at the MOD, Airbus in Filton, and the BRI as well as various locations in the city and its outskirts.

I am fairly quiet at home and like my own space, but it'd be nice to be able to veg out in front of the TV after a hard days work, watch a film, share a meal, or maybe have a drink in the local with whoever I end up sharing my home with!

I have a lovely kitchen, which has recently been refitted and just needs a lick of paint now, a new bathroom refitted about 2 years ago, conservatory, wifi, washing machine, garden, good transport links into the centre, and a log burner that heats the lounge a treat in the winter, though if you can't be bothered with that, the radiators work just as well! I am located within a stones throw from Kings Chase shopping centre, so numerous shops, restaurants, coffee shops and bus stops all within a couple of minutes walk.

Bus stops link to various parts of the city well, bus into the centre takes about 35 minutes, to drive is about 20 minutes, depending on what time of day you leave.
For drivers, I'm fairly close to the ring road, so good road links to Filton, Yate, Keynsham, Bath etc.

I've been renting out my spare room for a number of years now, so used to having someone else in the house!

I share my home with my Golden Retriever and my cat, so a lovely for animals is a bonus!! They're both well behaved and house trained. I also work from home at least half of the week.
