Stunning double room with garden and parking

I have a lovely double room to rent out. My house is based in Knowle Park with a double drive way and large garden. The road is quiet and the room is at the back of the house so even quieter 😊 There is a lot of storage in the room, including under the bed and is equipped with a tv with an Amazon Fire stick.
The living space in the kitchen/diner is great for chilling in. I have an en suite shower room so the bathroom is mainly for your use but I do love a bath.
Town is a 45-50 minute walk, 20 minute cycle or 25 minute bus ride (on 2 different bus rides only minutes from the house!)
I regularly go down to North Street or to Imperial park (shops, cinema, pub, restaurants).
Looking for someone who has a good social life so we both have time alone in the house. Alternatively someone who works evenings or weekends would be great!
Would love someone who is into their cooking so we can share our culinary skills!
I have a cleaner every other week for the shared areas which is included in the bills, along with all other costs! Council tax is also included and is band B I believe - you’d be added to the council tax bill. The bills also include household products.
Looking for someone bubbly and outgoing, but mindful that alone time is very important as adulting can be hard!
