Large double room with garden and parking

Am looking for someone who is also bubbly and outgoing and also has some fun hobbies :) Would also love someone who is into their cooking so we can share our culinary skills! Also mindful that adulting can be hard and that alone time is super important :)

I have a lovely double room to rent out. My house is based in Knowle Park with a double drive way and large garden. The road is quiet and the room is at the back of the house so even quieter 😊 There is a lot of storage in the room, including under the bed and is equipped with a tv with an Amazon Fire stick. I have a fast broadband speed of 50MBS.
The room also includes a fold up table and chair, and could be moved around to fit a desk for home working if required. I have a cleaner every other week for the shared areas which is included in the cost of the room. Council tax band B is not included and will need to be paid separately.

The lounge is a shared space but would be good to have solo time there too. The living space in the kitchen/diner is great for chilling in. I have an en suite shower room so the bathroom is mainly for your use but I do love a bath.

Town is a 45-50 minute walk, 20 minute cycle or 25 minute bus ride (on 2 different bus rides only minutes from the centre.

No pets, no smoking.
