One downstairs bathroom with shower and bath. Good sized kitchen w/ washing machine and dishwasher. Wooden floorboards through out, good size garden w/ shed and front drive parking space and free on street parking. 15 minute walk to Totterdown and about 25 min walk to Bedminster. Bus stop close by going to the centre and Hengrove.

The room available is half furnished, There will be a double bed, big shelving unit and 2 clothes rails. These rails can be dismantled and put away if you have more furniture.
The room is looking onto front garden and is very nice and light.
£700 a month with all bills together is £100 a month

I am tidy and considerate and like to maintain a clean comfy home.
I am currently studying in London but often come back on weekends.
My current housemate works 5 days a week, So looking for another professional to join. Looking for someone who works roughly around our routine, 9-5 Monday to fri.
No night owls. And ideally not someone who goes out partying or brings people back.
We would prefer quiet weekends. It’s a nice cozy peaceful house ☺️

I am the landlord but as I’m studying away I have the tiniest room in the house which I often come back to stay in😊

I am also an artist and an outgoing friendly person. I’m not really into drinking or going out out, but do enjoy occasional pub or beer infront of the TV.

It’s a social house, always nice to have a good chinwag with some snacks and beers but also appreciate respecting peoples privacy and alone time.
We are looking for someone in their late 20s or 30s and no students or couples I'm afraid. Must be working.
