It's a bright and clean, fully furnished room with a double bed, a double wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a book case, a square desk space + chair, blackout roller blinds and curtains.

The room overlooks a bright green square with some trees, a small shop with a post office and an ATM.
It's close to bus connections, parks and there is free parking in the street.
Suitable for a single quiet, working full time. Employed Professional
Working outside the house - NO SHIFT workers. Thanks.

Please note:
-This is a really quiet house, you need to be aware and able to navigate this.
- no cooking, hairdryers, loud behaviour after 10pm

NOTE: If you need a van to transport your stuff, it's too much for this room and house! Sorry.

If you like to do loads of cooking and want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen, that's not a good fit either.

A professional with a busy life and their own activities would suit living here best. It is nice to interact, but also to get on with own lives.

There's also a cleaning rota that all have to do. Can share the cost of a cleaner - that's be extra to rent.
