The household is calm and relaxed and the new housemate must be respectful of other housemates' privacy.

Upstairs bathroom with shower over bath. Spacious enclosed garden with garden sofas and table and chairs for chilling and alfresco dining.

The household is currently a mix of one male student and two female working professionals.

The house also has excellent transport links and is close to town, Bristol Temple Meads train station, the Bus Station and Bristol International Airport.
