Large room in house with yoga studio

This is a vegetarian, smoke free, shoe free house. It will suit someone perfectly - but not everyone! I teach yoga from my home studio 4 days a week (including weekends). The classes may be disruptive to any potential sharer - the studio is downstairs from the living room/kitchen which means that you don't have access to this shared space during the class. On the plus side - your room is huge - and there's a sofa, a desk and a kettle there so if you're willing to tolerate yoga students walking through the house at prescribed times then it could work well for you! And if there's room in the class you're welcome to join.
I'm looking for someone who I can share meals with sometimes and has similar values.
All bills included (gas/electric/water/fibre broadband/council tax).
