Double Fully Furnished Room - Totterdown

I have a cosy sunny, furnished double bedroom with period features to rent from February.

I'm looking for an animal loving professional who is happy to live quietly, is clean and tidy and is happy to share space with my regular fury visitors, Ideally a professional housemate Mon - Fri but for the right person I will also consider full time.

The house is quiet and peaceful and backs onto Arnos Vale cemetery. Most bills are included (including Netflix, broadband, and tv licence)..

Cleaning and cooking are not included so I would prefer someone who is clean and tidy please. I would be happy to discuss getting in a cleaner and sharing the cost..

The house is a spacious terrace, on a family friendly and quiet road close to shops, local amenities and the bus stop to the city centre is at the end of my road. . Temple Meads is a 10 mins walk and the city centre is within walking distance 20 mins.

The house consists of kitchen, dining room, lounge, downstairs bathroom, two double bedrooms, a loft conversion, and a small courtyard garden great for barbecues.

Also living in the house is my cat, Pops. I currently work from home, and offer dog sitting when I'm around too.
