Description
We have a lovely, quiet, bright and spacious room with a separate bathroom on the top floor of our family home. The room is very warm and south facing so always filled with sunlight. The room is furnished with a big Ikea Pax wardrobe, new double bed with mattress protector and lots of storage underneath and a good size desk with an office chair. It has a fitted blind in a window.
This top separate floor is not used by us at all. So you would have a peaceful private space without disturbance all for yourself. There is another empty room on that floor for only very rare occasional guests. We have two other bathrooms on the ground and first floor for ourselves.
All bills and fast wi-fi are included.
Our house is newly renovated and it has a big south facing garden with a patio. We also have a big shed for bike storage if you would like to store your bike securely and safely there. The house has a big open plan kitchen diner and living room which you are welcome to use as well. Every two weeks we have a cleaner which cleans all the communal area and is included in your rent.
Our house it's in a very good location close to bus stops on the Wells Road and only about 15min by bus to the city centre. It has a big green area of Redcatch Park and Broadwalk Shopping Centre just a short stroll away. Also 5 min walk from us is a big Knowle Tennis Club which is great for learning and playing tennis. We also have a Jubilee Swimming Pool 10min walk from us.
We are looking for a trustworthy FEMALE lodger who likes children as we have an almost 6 year old girl. She is in school during the week and we are both professionals working outside of home most of the week.
We are looking for someone who is looking for somewhere long term and can commit to a minimum of 6 months rent and after that a rolling contract as we don't have much time to keep looking for a new suitable person too often, as we both very busy with work. There is also a minimum of a month notice when you would like to move out.

Spanish or polish speaker would be a bonus as we use those languages in the house and our daughter is learning both.
