Hello, my name is Vicky and I live with my friend Stu.
We are very busy home-owning full-time professionals, and he and I are searching for a new lodger here in Knowle, Bristol.
The view from the room in our house is pretty amazing. The large room we have for rent has a north-facing bay window looking out to the north of the city with views as far as Wales, it's quite a panoramic view.
Shared use of the bathroom with me only, as Stu has the loft room with the en-suite up there. For this reason, we prefer a female lodger, to share an all-female bathroom.
The room also has a built in wardrobe and is furnished with a bed.
We live in a beautiful clean and tidy house in Knowle, about a 10 minute cycle from the city centre. It's a 3-bedroom end-terrace Victoria period property with private garden space.
One of the main advantages of our home is that it is easily large enough for three people to sit comfortably in private or in company.
The other of course being the views and it is extremely well lit due to the amount of sunlight that hits it.
