We are looking for a single person or a couple who looks after the apartment as it was theirs. Apartment for rent with 1 bedroom, kitchen/living room, bathroom and private parking in Knowle (BS4).

The apartment was built 4 years ago so everything is in very good condition. The apartment is all furnished. Everything shown in the photos. The apartment has storage in the attic. There is no gas, everything is electrically installed: heating and shower.

It is a 10-minute walk from Imperial Park and buses are 2 minutes away (M1). The imperial park has Aldi, b&m, mark&spencer.... and there is a gym.

There would be a minimum contract of 1 year.
The price of the apartment includes all bills. (Includes internet).

Price: £1200 Deposit: £850 to be returned at the end of the contract.

The apartment is next to our house (it is detached). It does not have a garden but it has a small backyard to store bikes and hang clothes.
