Looking for a lodger. Double Room available

Double Room available for a lodger, we are based in a quiet cul-de-sac just off the Wells Road, Broadwalk, Bristol - this is within 30mins walking distance to Temple Meads Train Station and the City centre. Street parking available and bus routes nearby so easy access to the City.

We are live in landlords with 2 friendly dogs and parrot so unfortunately cannot accept people with pets. The bathroom, kitchen & living room will be a shared space. We have a large garden so perfect for the summer evenings.

We are looking for friendly professional lodger who must have good personal hygiene standards as well as being clean, tidy and respectful around the rest of the house including the room. Ideally someone who is respectfully quiet as we work shifts.

The room is partly furnished with a double bed, mattress, mattress topper, 2 built in wardrobes with a TV fitted to the wall (added after the photos were taken) - we ask that you provide your own bedding and pillows for hygiene reasons.
