Double room in a spacious and friendly house

I have a double room available in a lovely and spacious 3 bedroom house in South Bristol BS4 2UN (13mins cycle into the city centre) available to move in anytime from now till 17th July. The house has a garden, pond, shed, driveway, utility room and a extension/conservatory. The rent is £675pm and bills come to about £175pm each. I'm a pretty chill person who likes music, hiking, cycling, cooking, socialising, work as an acoustic consultant and like a clean and tidy home with some sharing a meal here and there would also be nice! I’d like to say that my cooking is pretty good! I'm not the landlord btw. I do use the 3rd bedroom as a drum room but I will obviously play around your schedules and on average I only play 3-4 hours a week between 10am-6pm so it shouldn't be a problem at all. The conservatory is also available for you to use it as your own space as well - an office/studio if you need it. If at all interested, pop me a message!
