Hello!
I am looking for a female housemate to take over my room from July 2024. I am the landlord of the property and my current housemates, who are now dear friends will stay in the property.
We have two boys and two girls living at the house. We work well as a house and a team. We all have great respect for one another and there is genuine care for each other's schedule and life. We are looking for someone who is going to be part of our little family, look after the house, a real friend, not someone to fill up the room.
Everyone in the house is extremely clean! There is rota in place and the new joiner must be a clean person. Also must be a working professional above 26 years old.
The room is located next to the living room, downstairs... with garden view... all the other bedrooms are upstairs. Its a huge bedroom!
There is one shower/ bathroom upstairs and one toilet downstairs.
Note that there are no buses and the house is further away, so ideally you have a car!
