Hi everyone!

We’re George (28, she/they) and Kyle (27, he/him), a couple looking for a new housemate to move in with us as our beloved friend is flying the nest to live with his partner at the end of June.

**A little bit about us:**

We’re easy-going, sociable and silly people with a genuine zest for life and all its magic. We’re massive foodies, music lovers and self-admitted tree huggers. You’ll often find us dancing in the kitchen, eating yummy vegan food or tending to our garden.

Our home is our safe space and as we both lead very busy lives, we value being able to relax and recharge in our downtime - but that doesn’t mean we don’t get down on the weekends ;)

We both love being out in nature, spending quality time with friends and petting as many dogs as we can. On that note, we often have dogs staying with us (George is a dog-sitter) so another dog enthusiast would be amazing!

We’re LGBTQIA+ friendly and big advocates of mutual respect and open communication, so it’s crucial that a potential housemate be on that same wavelength. This also extends to cleanliness: taking care of the house and garden is very important to us, so we’d appreciate it if you’re happy to get stuck in too.

Rent: £500 per month (bills not included - approx £100 a month each)

Rest of house furnished with our furniture (mainly second hand and upcycled pieces foraged from around Briz)
Front and back gardens with flower beds and decking at the back top, which we have furnished with garden table and chairs, plus BBQ and firepit for sitting out in all seasons
Garage (with home gym setup and bike storage)
Full white goods (fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher etc.)
EPC C (well-insulated, so warm in the winter & cool in the summer!)

Off-street parking for one car (plenty of spaces on-street too!)
Central heating with a power shower (and lovely bathtub!)

**About you:**
