I'm moving out of my room on the 19th of June and I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy. It's a 12 month fixed term contract. There are three other girls living in the house who are all working professionals and incredibly lovely. The room is furnished and spacious with lots of room for storage. Also has a great view and gets a lot of sun! The house has a patio/garden and is great for when it's sunny and warm 🌞
The kitchen is also very spacious and there's a lot of cupboard space. The living room is also quite large and has a TV with netflix!
