Furnished en-suite room in coach house, Wells Rd

Hi, I’m looking for a housemate to share the coach house I have lived in for 3 years. The house is in an excellent location next to lots of amenities and perfect for access to the motorway or to Bristol City Centre (bus routes frequently and multiple stops). The room is available from September 3rd 2024 and is ensuite, with a separate toilet downstairs too.

The room is furnished with bed and bedside table, drawers and a clothes rail. Downstairs is fully kitted out with 2x sofas, TV etc and the kitchen has a dining table, chairs and dishwasher and washing machine. The house is a coach house, and has a driveway with a remote controlled gate so it’s super secure (and one of the only places in the area with secure parking). Outside the front there is a table and chairs, too. The landlord lives in the house in front and has been excellent in every dealing we’ve ever had, promptly fixing or arranging to be fixed anything that might need doing.

You would be sharing with one other person - I’m Billy, I’m 25, and I’m a secondary school PE teacher. I’m out of the house all day during term time so if you’re WFH, you’ll have it all to yourself most of the time! I have lived here with my school friend for 3 years and we’ve had a great time so I’m not ready to leave. As a person I’m really laid back but also sociable so happy to leave you to your own devices or have a pint/catch up - totally up to you.

The rent is £812.50 per month, bills usually £110 ish (water paid quarterly). The deposit is £937.50. Minimum term is 12 months.
