Double Room in Spacious House with Private Garden

The house is semi-detached and has a private south facing garden with outdoor seating and large shed. The layout is open plan: kitchen with dishwasher, dining area with extendable table and living room with log burner. There's a downstairs WC/utility room. Upstairs has two bedrooms, study and full bathroom. The double room for rent is furnished. The place is spacious and clean - a cleaner comes fortnightly.

The property is located near the Northern Slopes and Knowle West Media Centre. There are good local shops and bus routes to town including M1 metro bus. Both Imperial Park and Hengrove Leisure Centre are 5min drive, 5min cycle or 20min walk away. Bedminster is a 6min drive, 10min cycle or 30min walk. On street parking is free and easy.

To share with me and Monty the cat, who is chill and snuggly. Happy to share a meal every once in a while. I've been living in Bristol 11 years so can share knowledge if you're new to the area. Smoking outside is fine.

The house is available and flexible. Mon-Fri single occupancy price would be £!60/week including clean bedding and towels. Short term stays (one to three months) also available £900/month. Note for short term stays: on weekends I have a boyfriend who visits or I go to his place. Would consider couples for additional £10/night.
