Room for rent with garden - from 1st Sept

Hello. Looking for a flatmate!

Ideally located, on the border of Totterdown and Knowle, 20min walk or 5min cycle to Temple Meads, 10min cycle to City Centre or North Street Bedminster. Right on the bus route. Free street parking. A really friendly road with a lot of young professionals and families. Very close to Arnos Vale, a brilliant re-wilded cemetery, and several parks.

Room available from September. Freshly painted, furnished double room with a good Ikea mattress, on ground floor with a view of the lush garden. Most of the flat has been repainted in the last year; living room features fast wifi and Netflix.

Me: I’ve lived in the flat on and off for 15 years, and the area and street keep getting better and better. It’s a relaxing and cosy space, perfect for chilling out/ working in the evenings, or lazing in the garden on the weekends. I’m looking for someone I can get on with and is also tidy and respectful.

I travel a fair bit for work - and so some months I won’t be there - and occasionally I work from home. I like to keep active, I love music, play guitar and love being outdoors.

I’m considering renting out the 2nd bedroom too at some point.
