THE HOUSE
It’s a lovely, spacious 3 bed Victorian house full of natural light with a spare room for guests/office/occasional part-time lodger, etc. On-street parking. The bathroom has a bath and walk-in shower. Downstairs there’s a large cozy living room that joins to the dining room, perfect for big dinners. The kitchen has everything you need and plenty of space for cooking. There’s a huge utility space at the back which you’re welcome to use as well to store bikes, sports gear or whatever so you can keep your room clear. There’s a big paved garden with planters, benches and a hammock. The house has been recently renovated to a high standard and is very much a home to relax and feel comfortable in. Whilst it’s my home and I’ve poured a lot of love into the place over the four years I’ve been here, I very much want whoever lives here to feel like it’s their place as well.
30mins walk into town or a 10min bike ride. Lots of parks nearby as well. It's a very quiet peaceful area to live in.
THE FLATMATE
You’d be living with me, David as a live-in landlord. I’m 43, run my own business and work in town most days. I’m out a lot with my running and cycling clubs, often away on weekends camping, hiking, climbing, basically anything outdoors. I don’t drink and eat anything but don’t mind what your preferences are as long as we are respectful of each others choices.
I’m looking for someone clean and tidy, who will enjoy the house and open to sharing occasional dinners, having a chat but also respectful of each other’s space.
I’ve only one rule in the house - if there’s an issue, we talk about it openly and honestly.
