Double room available in shared house with a large garden.

Currently two males and one female are living there looking for their new house family. It's classed as outskirts of Knowle between St John's lane, Bedminster/Totterdown so you have Redcatch Park and Victoria Park right within 5 minutes walking.

I am a live out landlord currently on a different time zone - I will respond as soon as possible and connect suitable people with the tenants to view the house and meet those that live there. I allow the tenants to have the final decision about who they live with. See details below.

Room 1 - Good sized double at 525/month + bills. Sorry about the terrible pictures it's bigger than it looks and different people have arranged the furniture in different ways to preference so I have included different photos of this.

Landlord pays the council tax. Tenants split water, gas and electric and internet which comes to around 65 per person.

On and off road parking available and a big garden where you are free to grow anything etc as long as you take care of it. Also right by bus that has good links around the city.

The house comes fully furnished. Deposit and references will be required. Tenants are on a new 6 month joint tenancy so new tenants would be added which on expiry would revert to monthly rolling but available long term. Checks take 48 hours.
