Double room (single occupancy) to rent in a new built three bedroom house by Filwood park, 3 min walk to a Metrobus stop.

THE ROOM

This quiet and well lit room features two large floor to ceiling windows and faces the garden. There is a large open wardrobe, chest of drawers and a double bed (not pictured). Hardwood flooring and two double plug sockets.

HOUSE

There’s a downstairs toilet as well as bathroom on the first floor with a shower over bath which you’ll be shearing with just one other person. The kitchen is well equipped and has a washer-drier, dishwasher, large fridge, gas hob, oven and microwave. Spacious living room with large TV (no terrestrial signal but you’ll be able to connect a Netflix/amazon prime/YouTube account if you have one). Recently landscaped garden with a large patio. Parking is always easy.

This room will be best suited to a person who enjoys living in a clean, quiet and homely environment and is also prepared to make an effort to keep it this way.
