Double room to rent in a new built house

Double room (single occupancy) to rent in a new built three bedroom house by Filwood park, 3 min walk to a Metrobus stop.

THE ROOM

This quiet and well lit room features two large floor to ceiling windows and faces the garden. There is a large open wardrobe, chest of drawers and we’ll equip it with a double bed before you move in. Hardwood flooring and two double plug sockets.

HOUSE

There’s a downstair’s toilet as well us bathroom on the first floor with a shower over bath which you’ll be shearing with just one other person. The kitchen is well equipped and has a washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge, gas hob, oven and microwave. Spacious living room with large TV (no terrestrial signal but you’ll be able to connect a Netflix/amazon prime/YouTube account if you have one). Recently landscaped garden with a large patio. Parking is always easy.

This room will be best suited to a person who enjoys living in a clean, quiet and homely environment and is also prepared to make an effort to keep it this way. For majority of the time you will be sharing the house with just one other person (amiable and easy going in his thirties).

No pets, No smokers, No parties please.
