Large en-suite in a lovely house

I have a light-filled, spacious top floor en-suite room available from March (flexible on move in). It is furnished with a bed and cupboards, but unfinished per your preference. The room is huge so it has space for a bed, sofa, tv, and desk etc. and is almost like a studio

You would be living with 2 professional females who both work for the NHS (one in finance, one is a nurse).

The house is a gorgeous Victorian over 3 floors, with large living room, office and kitchen. And garden!

It’s 10 min cycle to temple meads, and a stones throw away from Victoria Park and the cafes on Wells Road. At the end of the road, there is a cute park with a community cafe and tennis courts.

Looking for someone who is sociable and would like to make friends with the current housenates, but likes their own space and is independent too. The house is cosy, clean and peaceful - and would be looking for someone who appreciates and respects this.

Ideally you’d work from the office most the week.
