Male housemate for clean, sporty sociable house

Hello!

We’re looking for a male housemate to join us from 3rd November 2024.

There are 4 of us in the house and we are looking for a 5th to join us. We have one boy and three girls living at the house (24-31yo). We work well as a house and a team. We all have great respect for one another and there is genuine care for each other's schedule and life. We are looking for someone who is going to be part of our little family, look after the house and be a real friend, not just someone to fill up the room.

Everyone in the house is extremely clean! There is rota in place and the new joiner must be a clean person. Also must be a working professional above 27 years old.

The room is located on the first floor facing the garden and comes equipped with a double bed, large built in wardrobe, a bedside table and a desk.

There is one newly refurbed shower/ bathroom upstairs and one toilet downstairs. The living room is very large so is a nice area to have dinner or watch tv together of an evening.

Note that there are no buses to the house really, so ideally you’ll have a car or really back yourself on your bike! There is a garage to store bikes in if needed.

We’ll also be occasionally looking after our lovely landlords (and v good friend) dog Cuenca so ideally you’re good with dogs.

Bills (gas/electric, water, council tax, WiFi) come to approx. £100 pm each.
